Refund and Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. 


To start a return, you can contact us at sales@norvili.com If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not cover shipping, the shipping cost to our facility is covered by the customer.

Item's under 19$ are not eligible for a refund to the payment method, only for online store credit ( Gift card)

Exchanges 
We will make a new order for you without charge upon receiving the return.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve paid?
Contact us, and we will do our best to help. We cannot guarantee cancellation as orders are immediately passed on to the warehouse. If it has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel your order, and you will have to return the product.
